    If you sign up to a support contract for more than 10 computers/servers we will provide full systems documentation free of charge. This includes an initial audit and assessment of your business needs.

    This will be provided both as a printed copy and electronic copy in Microsoft Word format in order it can be updated readily.

    Current Rates

    Ad-hoc rates are £50.00 for the first hour, dropping to £40.00 for each subsequent hour or part thereof.
